Turnaround
Depending on the size and complexity of the project, turnaround is generally 2-4 days. It may be possible to fast-track an assessment if required.
Commercial (class 5-9)
Offices, retail, wholesale, car parks, public and aged care buildings, warehouses, and production and storage facilities.
Residential (class 2-4)
Apartments and blocks of flats containing 2 or more sole-occupancy units, hostels and boarding houses.
In addition to the Section J report, a 6-Star House Energy Rating (HER) will be provided for each individual dwelling.
